My inventory process takes about 15 minutes a day. It shows you right away if something went missing, and whether what went out the door matches what your sales report says. No spreadsheet nightmares.
Hire me to count
I come in and do your inventory every day for 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks. That gives you a baseline, so you know what normal looks like.
Pass-through
You pick the date and time. I come in, sweep the place, and check all your bottles right in front of your staff. They know an outsider is checking, so nothing is hidden. Then I leave.
